Last week I had the pleasure of visiting Ms. Watkins’ Housing and Interiors II class at Sanderson High School. What an amazing group of kids!
The students in the class are juniors and seniors studying the business of interior design. I was so impressed with their maturity and interest and questions and ideas! Sometimes it can be challenging to get a class to engage, but this was absolutely not the case with this group. We had wonderful discussions on a variety of topics…dealing with clients, marketing ideas, professionalism, and business strategies.
Often I wonder who learns more during these discussions…me or the kids! Thank you Ms. Watkins and the entire class. I am confidant that you all have great futures ahead of you!
