It was our lucky day when the phone rang and we were asked to help design a home that was already in the framing stage of construction.  We often start much earlier in the process, but we got to work quickly. Very quickly!  This client came with a clear vision….a “sophisticated farmhouse” that reflected the memories of her childhood roots in Texas.  We love the results.

A mostly neutral palette with splashes of fun color combines beautifully with natural textures.

The dining bench in the breakfast nook and barn door for the pantry are a few favorite details.

And, a fabulous dining room that is just waiting for the perfect dinner party!

As the saying goes, everything is bigger in Texas!  Well, this home is definitely big on style and warmth and personality. We’re hoping the family memories created here are big too!
