Last fall, it was like a breath of fresh air when Kaitlin Williams joined us at Southern Studio!  Kaitlin is a senior at Meredith College studying Interior Design and Business Management. Kaitlin brings energy and a unique perspective to the studio…and I welcome her talent. There’s no doubt that she has a great future ahead of her as a designer.

And what inspired you to major in Interior Design?

I think it has always been a dream of mine — like while my sister played school, I rearranged my room!

A new construction project from start to finish.

Your greatest indulgence when designing your own home?

Fabulous fabrics — I love that there are so many textures.
